Overview - Speakers - Details - Registration
"As a Child Ambassador, conference is probably, one of the most important things I do in my year because it allows me to get trained. I get more information about what’s happening with WV globally. I get more understanding on what are these programs that World Vision does. So it makes me more knowledgeable when I’m trying to talk to a donor! " - Courtney
Marilee Pierce Dunker World Vision - Senior Advocate
Marilee Pierce Dunker is a powerful and passionate voice to the Church, inspiring and equipping congregations, women and young people to use their gifts, time and resources to expand God’s Kingdom on earth and care for the poor.
As the second daughter of Dr Bob and Lorraine Pierce, founders of World Vision, she brings a personal and unique perspective to every message, using illustrations from World Vision’s rich history and her own personal journey of faith to add dimension and Biblical perspective to the moving and often amazing stories of transformation she shares.
An award-winning author, conference speaker, and radio personality, Marilee reconnected with World Vision in 2001 and discovered her own calling to the ministry her parents began five decades earlier. Since then she has travelled to many of the most impoverished places on earth and spoken to tens of thousands about the things that break the heart of God today.
